$200 TIG Welder VS $2,000 TIG Welder

We did it again. We found ourselves with another item from our favorite vendor of inexpensive equipment, VEVOR. This time it's something we never even asked for! The shop here at Lift Arc has no shortage of welders, both TIG and MIG. So when we were asked if we wanted to try out a TIG welder that costs around $200 we were hesitant and extremely skeptical.

BUT, we decided it might be worth it to see if this cheap welder would be a good investment for any beginners out there looking to get into the fabrication industry without breaking the bank! Does this thing hold a candle to the nicer welders we have here? Find out in this video!
