Sure it's RACING - where they go FAST.
But the speed difference between a crashed, stationary car on the track, and the FAST cars coming towards it....
Would you like me to tell you about the time I had to cross 5 lanes of a out going part of the freeway, during the start up of the rush hour traffic... and there was trucks and cars and all doing 100 Kmh, and it was on a wide sweeping corner.

Get onto the grassy traffic island, where I had accidentally dropped my wallet with my money, my cards, and ONLY ticket to get some 500Km home.... and the train was leaving in 2 hours, it was an hour back into the city, and the emergency freeway assistance was just as useless as all fuck....
Either get the wallet or get stranded with NO money, food, or connecting transport out of town for 4 days....
I would not do it again.... incredibly high risk.
It gave me a genuine appreciation of how to die, and being the one responsible for causing it....
