they say violence isn't the solution, but i think they are wrong, violence is the solution, meaning this kid needs to go to school and take some of these kids and make an example of them.

that's how things were handled back in the old days, and most kids learned to have a thicker skin and sometimes they would become friends with the kid who bullied them, i have a few examples of this of me getting into a fight with another kid who was bullying me, and when i got into a fight with them, they eventually grew some respect for me, boys need to have the courage to fight back, but i also understand this current culture is shit for boys, they hold men and boys responsible for the dumbest things and boys often don't have any good mentors anymore so they don't have courage anymore because there is nobody there for them to help in that regard, that's where the father should have stepped in.
