Condition 1 Weather in Antarctica

Yeah the base is in a sheltered area, in a valley or something... and the wind is around 100 Kmh and it's minus 60*C - and that is an almost SOLID wall of snow..... It even frightens me - even in all the deep cold bad weather gear, all I can think of is too just tunnel like fuck into the snow to get out of the wind.... Naked = death in seconds to minutes.

I thought my description was rather good. "This is the Antarctic storm - going past an open door - just like a 100 mph freight train of cotton wool balls....." - Fuck that is really frightening.

Still with some heating and food and some other sleeping gear, tunnelling into the side of a DEEP snow drift - with the entrance downwind and you go up into a small dome area above the tunnel - that would be pretty good...
