@feddez1986: Anyway... I've seen footage from Mexico, several places throughout Central and South America, more than plenty from Africa. Don't recall any from Asia (maybe Pakistan) or the Middle East. It, no doubt, happens almost all over the world from time to time, but seems to be a popular form of street justice in the first few places mentioned.
