⁣Just when one thinks life is getting better (it is)... Not as you thought it would be.
Better than waking up everyday at 7AM with the fucking soviet neighbours making noises.

One person's jungle is another person's medicinal plants. You may be surprised at how many healthful nutrients are sitting on your property. Looks like healthy soil to me, but yeah, you're right. That's a lot of jungle.

It is incredibly fertile. Plenty of water and sunshine, although it is frequent to be cloudy too. And that's why everything grows like crazy. Everywhere you look, you see green. And mind you, it's summer, everything should be dry by now. On some parts of the mountain that is the case, but not here. This is one of the reasons why I pick this place.

With this resolution you can't see it, but where I filmed this there are at least two olive trees that were burned by wild fire, cut down near the ground, and yet are still there alive and growing from the stomp. Cabbages a meter high, no idea how old. I want also to know the history of the place. I know about 200 yo cork oaks, the man who worked the stones to be possible to grow food there, his son, some trees that no longer exist that were turned into furniture... This place is a gold mine in ore than one way. No pain, no gain, right? It is making me bleed (literally) from the start, I hope I survive to enjoy the fruits of the hard work.
