@AvyScottAndFlower: He said his whole family was from the Ukraine - there is a lot to remember when a lot of people say a lot of things...... Faint recollections of him saying something about being raised in / moving through central south America., now that you mention it.l

@AvyScottAndFlower: He might speak some Spanish / Latino - but he doesn't carry a discernible accent. It's in the base accent, but not in a fluent spoken accent - as in even spoken on rare occassions. How ever, given his extrordinary memory and recollection skill set, and given that he lives in Europe, HE probably can and does speak and read Spanish.
