All you need for Cleaning products (FOR EVERYTHING) is - BiCarb of Soda (Baking soda), and or Epsom Salt's, and White or clear Vinegar. Internally - BiCarb of Soda (Baking Soda), Olive Oil, and Water.

When I was small we didn't go rushing to the Doctor for drugs if we were ill. In general we had a saying and I think it is still valid today? "Starve a FEVER, and feed a COLD". Many of the Childhood ailments require Bed and Sleep only and believe me as a Kiddie I had just about all of them, probably why I have a good Immune system now at a healthy 65 year old, yes I do have one or two minor issues but that's age.

As far as I'm concerned you can never have to much of a STRONG Immune System. I think the other issue is that people these day's are obsessed with being OVERLY clean. I feel this also contributes to a WEAK Immune system. as small Children in my day anyways? I eat Dirt and I guess at some point all kid;s did? My own Daughter when she was very little picked up some soil in the garden and put it in her mouth. I think from a human point of view this is an inbuilt thing that happen's to strengthen Immunity and long term health. being to clean can destroy good stuff, well I think so anyway?

Viruses and sickness is natures way of Cleaning up either reducing numbers or even strengthening numbers in the long term? you may have a garden full of weed's but it isn't long before beautiful multi colored wild flowers come through and as the weeds die they give the flowers nutrients to grow.
