It's time to discuss my favourite exercise: the push up! In this video, I'll explain why push ups are such a fantastic exercise, and why doing high repetitions of them can offer even more benefits.

I'm also going to present a slightly different perspective on the best way to do push-ups. In particular: using a partial range of motion CAN have benefits. That's not to say that you shouldn't also be able to do a controlled push-up with full ROM; simply that there are benefits to both approaches.
