TAOGYOW - Lazy and Stupid!

I gotta tell ya Taogyow.. many codes and laws are unenforceable.. I had so many people tell me that I could not do this or that. and I did it all on private property behind closed gates.. out of view.. someone calls and asks questions they want to know this or that or see this or that. I say no they say well I won't buy from you then I say so what click. I had customer flow they say my product delivered over and over.. If they tell you you can't cut trees so you don't.,. end of story.. if they say you can't cut trees but you do anyway.. on private property.. using discernment.. screw them. hehj. I am not a lawyer etc etc. not liable etc. heheh.. find someone who knows and is honest.. They may tell you there is nothing anyone can do to stop you.. I live in a highly regulated construction zone.. person buys a house.. he builds 3 buildings, a guest house , a quonset hut steel rounded bldg. .and another guest house small.. adds a roof over patio huge cement columns etc.. The neighbor sold property the surveyor noted buildings not registered with county.. they came out. he built with no permits and no inspections.. They fined him I think and they valued his additions and added them to his taxable value.. He just built 3 buildings without permits.. they just reassessed him and the fine was for years of not paying taxes on the buildings.. TODAY! his buildings are on the improvements column on his property but shows as non permitted construction.. I saw a cuban from miami build a whole house nice with a swimming pool and did not pull permits.. we have like 30,000 impact fees to pull permits.. he must not have paid that.. I dunno.. did not keep track.. he just built the house no inspections it is his property.. anyone looking to buy it will see in the records it was built without inspection./. I think there is a gray area called peoperty rights.. so contractors are working for someone else.. everything is highly regulated and people are nervous about the county.. but as the owner it seems to be different. If you have privacy and can close the gate. pfft. what can anyone do.

Interesting, no wonder Silicon Valley wants their people to work remotely. They want them to travel to rural America and bring their Communist ideals.

I know someone with a few acres where he lives with his wife and her sister.. grandkids all over.. well he bought a cabin from an old campgrounds. It's about the size of a single motel room with a roof over screened porch.. He hangs out there all the time.. out back.. He just had it moved there.. an older building already built..
