Russia's FSB detains suspects in plotting terrorist attack in Cherkessk city

Russia's FSB has detained three ISIS accomplices suspected of plotting a terrorist attack in the city of Cherkessk. FSB officers also seized 'components for the manufacture of an improvised explosive device'.
