I hope you consider that a lot of these banks would not be so lefty, discrimatory, or powerful if it weren't for government intervention and lobbying initially. A long while ago it may have been the banks discriminating against liberals because the power apparatus was just plainly more conservative. I think it's wrong to say that a guy like Styx would need to plead to the government for help when its the government that created the unfair paradigm to begin with. For instance in the absence of the government, it would be very likely there would be a bank or credit card company willing to do business with him because they all wouldn't be so strongly influenced by government force
