I still think these really high powered guns - which are pushing the limit of barrel life - with extraordinarily high breech pressures, velocity, range, barrel erosion etc.... and they shoot fucking HARD...... are really incredible.

I'd like to have one for a week or two, and say 10,000 rounds, just to shoot at all sorts of things, with all sorts of rounds, to see just how they perform.

I don't know enough about the units, their caibre, and whether the rounds and or propellant charges are compatible with other munitions used in other guns, and I have no concrete idea, of what round types are available......

I mean you can shoot repeatedly at close range and long range, at fixed heavy reinforced concrete fortifications.... for accuracy and penetration etc., and you can shoot at enemy tanks just to see them explode or go in one side and out the other.... etc..

But what about on a glass smooth sea, with the unit parked very close to the ocean, or in a water proof pit on the beach, and then to start skipping the rounds across the ocean....

Or aiming at rock walls in quarries... from 100 meters away.

Things like that and more.
