Oh yo didn't even have to explain anything beyond the fact she's wearing a Chinese mask. It's is a perfect indicator of a visible IQ test. Make Xiping rich while you become poor Ms. snappy attitude. I liked how the men were helpful - but from a distance.... Ideally you sort of loosen the nuts off a little while the wheel is still on the ground and then jack it up...
One told her to let it down a bit so the wheel would not spin while she was TRYING to undo it.
Etc.
My favourite is, "The owners manual is in the glove box - read the directions!"

I don't think she tightened up all the wheel nuts... and the ones she tightened up - she didn't tighten them up properly.
