I saw a video, in late Decembe, from Spetnaz. Spetsnaz said in this video that he was not putting up any more content after 2020. ....no reason given. I never followed Proteus, but, I had followed ArchAngel. These guys were the best. The good ones never solicit money. The good ones do not make money on the pains of a man's disposability.
@hammerhand i know the feeling i lost a few great people last year and someone who was family in early December and they passed with no indication of something being wrong. gents cherish their memory and font take your life or time for granted.
Ahhh the sugar....
You hansom chubby cheeked chap you.....
Up the nutrients, and down the sugars and starches.
Run yourself through these.
I am getting back into juicing vegetables, both the gain health, AND I am not being totally fanatical about it, but one or two decent drinks a day AND some solid foods, is quite acceptable. It's the intake of NUTRIENTS, that is the main thing. So fatties of the Planet - cut out the sugar and the high carbohydrate foods (flour and similar foods).

This is a totally excellent site on low carb foods.... They pretty much focus on here is a range of choices in food and recipies - "This is the low carbohydrate foods - this is the high carbohydrate foods. And the food in the middle - is kind of moderate in carbohydrates. If you eat a lot of really brilliant low carbohydrate foods, the weight drops off quickly, and if you go kind of modestly, the weight kind of remains stable, and if you eat all the high carbohydrate foods, the weight comes back on again." = e.g. You now have an education and choices.

And the fatties who cut out eating and drinkling sugar / flour filled shit, and get into GOOD nutrition etc., and perhaps some therapy for assorted issues - AND an education, well here you go. RESOURCES.

There is nothing fanatical about any of this, I buy say 50Kg of fresh vegetables every 2 weeks, and juice them and take 1 liter amounts and freeze them into SLIDE lock food bags (from Aldi) they are reasonably OK and water tight, and then I make about 28 bags of juice, and then deep freeze them and that gives me ~2 liters of juice a day for the next two weeks....
You don't have to be fanatical about it.... just aim high on the green vegetables and low on the sweet sugary fruit... Cucumbers, tomatoes, beetroot, a bit of FRESH cabbage, silver beet, cellery, kale etc... a few oranges, apples, pears, and carrots....
And the night before I pull a couple of bags of deep frozen vegetable juice from the freezer and then put them in a bowl of water to thaw them - mostly by breakfast... AND it sort of eliminates the hunger pangs, and I have ONE decent solid meal a day of meat and vegetables....
I don't do the 100% juicing for 30 days - I like a thick streak of Vegemite on toast occassionally...
When 10 Kg tubs of yogurt are divided up into the slide lock bags and deep frozen - it's really nice with lemon juice or fresh or frozen fruit and the Yogurt separates into sort of curds and whey - and the mostly clear liquid is DELICIOUS and the creamier bits, can be eaten straight, made into a dessert, or added to a steak sandwich, with finely chopped chillies etc..
All this healthy eating shit - it has to be nutritional and enjoyable - non of this weighing everything out to the gram and figuring out how far you have walked, by counting all the steps.....
And that Keto stuff - There are REALLY awesome meals and hamburgers and pizza - and then there is the garbage fast food industry selling it's sugar filled shit.
Bread and other starches, well that say 700 gram loaf of bread - dry out the moisture = 150 grams gone... that leaves 550 grams of flour / starch. Add stomach acid and the starch breaks down into glucose = sugar... So that lovely loaf of bread is a slab of sugar, with some water and a little ash...
Must go. My space ship awaits.
Fuck what did he pass from? When I first started watching his content I got hooked & binge watched his whole channel. His input on the manosphere was always highly valued & revered. A wonderful man.
RIP PAUL
Fk! PP illucidated a huge piece of the puzzle with "Hypergamy Floats". A Great that will be missed.
I guess many of them are still out there, but either getting on with life or even still posting. I used to love watching and listening to Mountain MGTOW, because he walked around showing of the beautify Canadiam Mountain scenes as he chatted. In fact i think I will go check out a few of the past names today and see who's still about? Mountain MGTOW tended to be for the beginner MGTOW so maybe it was me that just moved on? Peace to all.
Yep he had an impact on me too. Didn't realize he was 52 he seemed, like many MGTOW and Red Pill to be much younger to me? he may have gone but as you say he inspired YOU my friend and I listen to your wisdom and humor (let's not forget the humor). RIP to him .
RIP Truth Speaker. I know it’s sad. Just lost a Military buddy.
I have been watching MGTOW videos for years and years from just about every content creator there is yet I do not ever recall hearing of Paul Proteus. Can someone post a link to his work?
Hammerhand, now you are entrusted with many of vanguard of mgtow to insure the future minds of mgtow are rooted in the prior greats. I realized now that I’ve watched some of Proteus’ content yet did not know who he was. I think Archangel’s content is like a razor.
I would like to speak with you more on the DMs.
sorry for a great loss. there are so many men in the sphere that has helped so many men out there. that is the main point is to pass on information so other men wont have a life of servitude. im so thankful for finding mgtow from big john, sandman, hammer, and so many others. we must appreciate the men that are doing these videos saving mens lives out here. ALL THESE MEN ARE TRUELY SUPER HEROS THAT WE ARE THANKFUL FOR. these men put out painful experiences so other men can avoid that. all these men have taken the bruises of relationships. we all have to be thankful for THE MEN OF THE MANOSPHERE.........THANK YOU HAMMER AND TO ALL THE MEN OUT THERE THAT HELP OTHER MEN. THANK YOU SO MUCH....YOU ARE MY SUPER HERO
and thank God for You!!
thank God for MGTOW! thank God for Y. thank God for all the angels he gave us but for a moment.
RIP Paul you will be missed. We should get some of his videos up.
Breaks my heart more seeing men who died like one I watched years ago and YT a week later deleted all their vids. A wealth of knowledge down the toilet. TP helped so many men away from committing suicide that man should get the nobel or much better. He saved more than the hillary body count. I had friends come back from afghanistan commit suicide from going through divorce and other things not having someone to lean on or they kept it inside channels like this is a way to just listen to people to draw away from the cliff and re establish their passion/position in life.
Always heard the name, but sorry to say I've never checked out any of his video's. He was a year younger than me!
Hammerhand, it seems to me [intuition] that many of these old legends are being taken out of this shitty world, so they don't experience the upcoming terror. Lots of these very benevolent older people are being SPARED having to experience what's coming. That's the instinctual explanation that comes to me.
Rest in peace Paul Proteus. Like another user said, his consciousness is in living on in the astral realm, freed of their body and all limitations.
Best "P P" quote ever..." No degree ever made a man's dick hard." #Classic
Sorry for your loss Hammer, He is at peace in the astral realm living the eternal afterlife. I pay my respects for Paul Proteus...
