What would have really made this video great is if a truck or bus had run into her car parked in the middle of the street (on the right of frame)

I think she pays her rent on the apartment AND the parking place.... and this brainless cunt decided to just take it and use it her self.
I can't read the sign but I would hazard at a guess, that it might say, "NO PARKING - Permit Holders Only".

@mrghoster: I dunno, I think she might have to deal with a dozen shit heads a day, living on a street like that. AND the sign says basically NO PARKING and some fine print I can't make out.. so I am assuming it says permit holders only... AND the bitch in the car sounds like a fucking DUMB CUNT....
