agreed. Hong Kong Shanghai bank for anyone wondering about the letters. I had accounts with them in the us. They pulled out of retail banking operations in the US. my bank accounts got transitioned to Citizens Bank out of the northeast USA and the credit card got moved to an outfit called "premier first."
