Traditionally back in the old day's most families had a "MATRIARCH" that was pretty much in control and like the wise MAN in a tribe WAS the place to go for HELP. My family had a Matriatch, she was an old Aunt. she was lovely but put you in your place should you have stepped out of line. Which you avoided at all cost's! lol!
