Doesn't make a lot of sense to me... trophy wife? Really? My understanding is most men are divorcing because of :
Cheating then getting blamed.
Constantly disrespected, treated like crap in front of strangers & family.
Constant nagging replaced nurturing.
Constantly being told NO like a child as if men really need permission.
She letting herself go, really go.
Constant money issues, he makes it and she spends it or drains the joint bank accounts.
Constant disagreements on raising the children or finding out they're not yours.
Constantly being neglected, ignored and physically abused
Constant blended family dramas, having your authority neutered.
Constant co-dependent family intrusion & interference.
I really have a hard time believing that "it happens often" men divorce just to get trophy wife.
That's not the real world. Maybe Cali, NY or DC but not the rest of the "normal" US.
Women don't live their lives, life is something that happens to them and it's not their fault.
