I remember her from Aaron Russo's film, "Freedom to Fascism." She took the challenge to win $10k from We the People Foundation to prove that you are required to pay income tax, and admitted after 2 years she couldn't find any proof. She quit paying her income tax and was put in jail. That was at least 10 years ago. Not sure when, or how, she got out.
The federal income tax was established in 1913, upon completion of Constitutional Amendment ratification procedures. Anyone care to take a gander as to when the Federal Reserve was established? Just asking for a friend (Blake/Popp).
