Estonia accused of upgrading military by overcharging for old arms sent to Kiev

Sending arms to Ukraine and getting cash back that exceeds expenses – that’s the scheme Estonia is being accused of by some of its EU partners. They claim Estonia has been upgrading its military by charging for old weapons as much as it would spend on new ones. ‘It’s like selling old stuff on Ebay with absolutely no discount’, RT’s contributor Rachel Marsden says.
