Women are at fault when they make up being raped for $. Yes, the government could have created laws to address this, BUT they are responsible for encouraging woman's rights for all the wrong reasons. There is an ethical and moral compass within oneself to know that one is using their right to get something. For example, if I was a gal and I could get a job because that is what all upstanding citizens do (I do it) OR I could be a woman who just wants to STICK IT to her husband because I knew I was wrong, but I wanted to end the relationship anyway KNOWING I would be able to siphon $ off him.
The Democrats were losing and they needed the women vote to increase their base. They were doing it again with minorities and now they are doing it with illegals, making them legal.
