There are some people I'd love to drive absolutely fucking insane with one of these...... At 2 am - "Satan! This is Satan! I want your soul - tomorrow you are going to die!" etc... slowly and gently fading in and out, in a hushed murmur.... "Did I hear this? What?" - the voices in their head....

old video this is... but what the us army did to civilians outside of ft hood tx they are messed up for life this is almost the same tech we USED on saddams troops look at the videos on you tube why his troops gave up the device we used looked like a giant boob on a humvee. Try finding photos on those rigs.
