Cooking and cleaning are irrelevant in the modern age, IMHO. Personally, I spend 1h/day on ALL household tasks so no need for even some part-time help here. The ONLY reason for a man to associate with a woman is when he's absolutely bent on having children for some reason(s). I never found those so there is no reason to associate with any of them for me...
