All jesting aside, with the tune "Green Sleeves" - when played by ice cream vans, from the chimes and horn speakers, they DO drive people into psychosis.... and there are areas of England near the sea side resorts, where they are only allowed to play for 2 minutes every hour etc... because people park their vans and play it non stop for 6 hours etc.. and people start coming out with axes....
