You are in for a treat today! This fried chicken recipe comes from Nathan Bailey's 1736 cookbook, "Dictionarium Domesticum."

This recipe calls for a marinade that is sure to surprise you. The tartness of the marinade contrasted to the sweetness of the batter really sets this dish off. We highly recommend you try this!

Sweeyt recipe. I guess that helps explain why malt vinegar and fried fish taste well together. That's probably why Long John Silvers serves together. Dammit, now I feel like chicken.

Really GOOD basic food, tends to stand the test of time.... Have you seen the video I put up - Free Range KFC (Kenya Fried Chicken) - these are seriously good meals.
