The Sirloin is the best part of the cow.. Try a whole top sirloin roast.. cook it,, cut it.. wrap in foil and ziploc for freezing.. in 1, 2 or 3 lbs chunks.. good food.. thaw a pound for tacos or roast beef samiches..
i mean to each their own and i am a vegetarian myself but i lift around 200lbs in barbell squat on my own
