13 Chinese "Police Stations" in South Africa! WHY?

I'm South African. It is amusing how much hatred is directed at whites while the black people in power are basically handing over control to Chinese who have zero tolerance of blacks. Its like a sick joke. Anyway the Chinese are not setting up "police stations" here. Its a public liaison office that works with the incompetent south african police to support Chinese victims of crime. We have millions of violent criminals here as well as a xenophobia problem so while I do not support foreign interference, its not surprising that the CCP are deploying resources to protect their growing interests.

To be modal citizens, according to who's law? based on who's customs? Chinese police enforce Chinese law and that suit was tailor-made for Chinese. The various African tribes and countries will not fit into such a mental suit.

They don't seem to know about China and her habit of moving in and enslaving locals goes back centuries in Asia. What laws will be enforced and will equal protection will be given?
